Checking In
Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow plenty of
time for parking, paper work, check-in and preparation for your
well-deserved
services.
Attire
For your convenience feel free to come casually and comfortably dressed.
The Spa will provide a robe and slippers for clients receiving
multiple Spa services. To ensure all of our guests receive a memorable
experience, please refrain from bringing children or cellular phones into the spa. We
hold
no responsibility for any missing items.
Late
Arrivals
We regret that we will not be able to accommodate extended service time for
late arrivals and the client will be responsible for the full service fee.
Cancellation Policy
Because your services are reserved for you, we ask that you allow ample time
to call guests on our waiting list, therefore cancellations must be received

hours in advance for spa packages and at least 24 hours notice in advance of
any cancellation or rescheduling of other appointments. Credit cards or Gift
Cards are required to reserve spa services and 100% of the value of service
will
be charged for all cancellations without required notice or no-shows.
Product Returns
We guarantee all the products we offer and want you to enjoy your
selections.
All returns are for store credit only.
Series Packages
Our buy 5 get 1 free Series Package must be
purchased before services. Series Packages have an expiration date of one year
from purchase.
Gratuities
Policy
Your personal recommendation is our best reward. Individual spa & salon
services do not include gratuities, but you may add a customary
15-20% gratuity to your service or gift. Please let our service coordinator know if we can be of
assistance
in any way.
